We have invested heavily in software systems that set you up for success. Our ManConnect software package and intranet will make the franchising, planning, build-out, and training hassle-free. Our businesses run Zenoti software which runs all aspects of the operations, from customer booking to scheduling/payroll, to marketing via email and SMS text.
KEEPING IT SIMPLE
We have developed our own product line called Simple Man which includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body balms, and beard products. This line uses essential oils such as tea tree and has many benefits for the hair and skin. Removing layers of the supply chain, you will get this high-quality product for much cheaper than a distributor.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
You and your GM will work directly with our founders and Corporate Trainer. Our Learning Management System provides a way for all your employees to watch videos and take quizzes on our standards.

In 2010 I entered into a license agreement with The Man Salon for development in Rapid City, SD. Shawn laid out a detailed plan and helped me every step of the way. In December of 2010 I opened my first store in an up-and-coming outdoor shopping center. The proximity to a major Air Force base made it an instant success and two years later I opened my second store.
Clients loved the concept and couldn't believe all the "extras" they got compared to Cost Cutters, Great Clips, etc---all while paying a comparable price. Any brand-new business will have experience a few bumps in the road, but Shawn and his support staff were always super responsive and readily available to help us any way they could. Their goal was to have us succeed.
